Hate how promotions aren't really a thing anymore. I grew up with everyone telling me that my bosses would pay attention to my work and work ethic and move me up positions with more pay so I better work hard only to realize that you gotta apply to positions yourself and nobody recommends you.

It really leaves a bad taste in my mouth being friends with two ppl and knowing the truth about their breakup and seeing one post about it painting themselves as a victim while all their friends come in with support knowing full well the damage the op was doing in reality.

It's difficult to talk to ppl about anime cuz they ask me if I watch anime and I say nah I haven't watched anime in a couple years and their convo stops but I'm anime-adjecent in that I read manga and know all the story beats and characters so I can still contribute to the convo 🙃

DMed for the first time in a one shot today. Jeezus it was nerve wrecking but went ok. It's difficult af to keep track of everything in combat damn.
