Eventually (45 minutes in) I got fed up and told the subrogation to just send me the lien and I’d fix it. Because they had no idea what I was talking about when I said “I need medical records and billing”

#humana explain to me in small words why I need to talk to SUBROGATION to get medical records! No. They don’t have access to what I need!

Fifth time on hold

I am not pleased. I just want to know if they received the records request!

I understand that Humana is a large company but maybe have clear cut rules as to who talks to Attorneys offices about a records request? This is the FOURTH time I’ve been out on hold. I’ve been on this call thirty minutes.
