the constitution isn’t is a word game and the fact that you can abuse the language to produce an outcome does not mean the constitution allows that outcome. the 22nd amendment was ratified to restrict a president to two terms in office, period. that is what it does.
A big issue with these platforms in general is accountability for misinformation and I’m not convinced that things like X & Meta’s “Community Notes” are the most helpful/useful tools for this issue
People X and other platforms like Facebook “report” fraud like this is being “revealed” daily. They always provide either zero or falsified proof with obviously outrageous numbers while being rewarded monetarily for posting.
We live in a post-truth America.
