Or you could build the whole stealth mechanic around waiting for enemies to piss. Display a Bladder Meter over their heads, tempt them by leaving beer or coffee around their patrol routes. Of course you'll need to manage your own piss levels so you don't get into a rough situation.
If you're making a video game with a stealth component it's absolutely critical that you have at least one enemy pissing. This role has traditionally gone to male enemies so if you're the first one to feature a female enemy pissing you could really earn a lot of critical acclaim.
