New baguette alert. Been wanting to try Liberty Village’s Brodflour for a while, and today I got the chance. First of all, extra points for cool cafe vibe. Busy inside, and lots of people gathered outside with coffee cups doubling as hand-warmers.

This baguette is spot on. Airy, with near perfect crust. Delicious with some Wensleydale and some Branston! It’s up there with the best baguettes in the city (Bricolage and Amadeus). Need to do a side-by-side comparison.
