Today was a hike up a closed Jeep trail, and then some Jeeping around other open trails in the area to make sure my my friend Jeep is ready for its Moab run next week after having some maintenance work done. All is well, woot!

The hike was 2.8 miles up ~800 feet and back down.

Zero fear of any repercussions…

She did great. The drummer and guitarist are very happy with her. She’s been playing for a couple of years now and getting good constructive feedback from them.

Tips are always good though :). Knowledge is power.

Wife and band crushed the open mic last night. So tight! It doesn’t hurt that the drummer and guitarist have been playing together for some time.
It was a good night out with live music. Bunch of original stuff too! You go you creative types, much respect!

There’s a group I get together with several times a year. It’s half a dozen guys that are all interested in cars, and we all worked together.
1/3 have fused vertebrae
1/6 is investigating it.
I feel like I might be on borrowed time.
The other third just hurt in other places I’m convinced :/

It’s been way too long since I’ve had meatloaf. Wife doesn’t like it at all.

Ugh.

I aggravated mine a few weeks back now (think it’s from a 40 yr ago accident), and haven’t been good about giving it time to be less pissed off at me. It’s sad how much impact constant pain can have an a person. One of these days it’s not going to get better and I may be in the same spot.
