We got jumbo pharaoh quail so I really wasn't expecting a celadon layer in there. Generally speaking celadon eggs are smaller than their counterparts and the quail that lay them are smaller too

We got about 20 quail now, only a few have started laying, but one surprised us with this little celadon egg! I love that it's still so spotty! 🐆
