Minnesota clinched the program’s first NCAA finals appearance in women’s gymnastics, joining top three seeds Oklahoma, Florida and LSU to battle for the national title.
No. 13-seed Minnesota became the lowest seed to reach the final since the NCAA began seeding in 2014.

Do i have adhd or are there always too many things happening

The *math* needed to accurately predict the exact minute the craft hit the water. Insane.
Look it’s me in my favorite show. And again I must stress: I am NOT doing this show because of Jason. I was a fan before him.
Thrilled to be on my favorite show with people I genuinely love. Alex is there as well.

I think that was the best NCAA WGym regionals weekend in quite some time! I love how competitive the top 15-or-so teams have gotten.
The DC Metro
Happy birthday to the Washington Metro, which opened 50 years ago today with service on 4.6 mi of Red Line between Rhode Is. Ave & Farragut N. System now serves 130 mi.
The DC Metro shows that, with good planning & enough investment, the public sector can succeed & build something extraordinary.
OK: Using Rural Health Transformation $ to realign services could mean “shutting down service lines."
MT: Rightsizing could mean “downsizing."
WY: RHTP bill says facilities getting funding must “reduce unprofitable, duplicative or nonessential service lines."

Today, I am certain that in order to get organized, I need a new notebook.
This notebook will not do.
It can only be accomplished with a new notebook.
This is one of the best things I’ve seen on the internet in ages.
This is an incredible cover of one of my favorite songs.

They are a delightful commentary duo!
My takeaways from the figure skating gala: 1) Mikhail Shaidorov needs to be protected at all costs and 2) I want the core strength of Riku Miura.
I want to be like Alysa and Amber when I grow up.
I would not want to skate following Alysa
Happy Alysa makes me happy.
So happy for Amber having a near-perfect long program she can be proud of. 🥹
I’m more than a 4-year fan, but didn’t realize the short was *that* strict. I figured it was a composition requirement, but didn’t know that popping the triple was a points/no points situation. I’m not sure I like that, but I get it.
Thanks! That’s a tough policy. Poor Amber. 💔
Can you explain why the double was “invalid” instead of being “downgraded“ and given negative GOE?
I thought it was love
My heart felt spring-loaded
Turns out our relationship
Was significantly upcoded

I know the Olympic pressure is always a big element, but it’s almost 11pm there. That can’t be helping.
The doors he’s opened!
You’ll never be able to make me hate DC.
Back in the DMV and returning to old habits - taking photos of presentation slides.
One of the big reasons I can’t get into NCAA gymnastics this year is there is nowhere to just discuss and enjoy it without it becoming complaining about judging. 😞
Same here!
I’m trying to finish mine today and…I think I just dissociated a lot last year?
Can February please be a little less newsy?

A rural health training program for undergrad students at St. Olaf is working to fill a need in ambulance services as they experience a workforce shortage nationwide. It gives students hands-on training and then they are hired by the city to work in the ambulance or nursing home.
