Probably the best known sequence from the film. My mum bought me the paperback of the novel in 1980 as a 14th birthday present - I think based on the cover she mistakenly assumed it was just a saccharine book about a boy who wanted to fly.

Front covers of two copies of the 1984 UK 12" vinyl single release Ma Sim Ba Bele by The Unknown Cases on Rough Trade records. For this release, The Unknown Cases were Helmut Zerlett, Stefan Krachten, and Anthony "Rebop" Kwaku Baah.
