And this is what makes it so fascinating to me! Give these games a legit review and view from a sex positive angle. I'm curious if there's any kind of sexual statement in them, especially FlipWitch since you change genders to solve different puzzles. That has a lot of potential.

Which makes me curious. Why add the sex and titillation at all? To some, it takes away from something that's good purely in terms of gameplay, limiting who would actually try it. But I see the endless AI and hentai slop that drowns the eShop and wonder, why aren't these games on there?

I've had an idea for a while that could never be viable on YouTube, especially as they've gotten more restrictive, and that's a critical look at pornographic Metroidvania games. Titles like Midnight Castle Succubus and FlipWitch: Forbidden Sex Hex. By all rights, they are great games on their own.

I was doing a GX article (back when it was a website) that was hyping Sonic Generations and listing the best levels. But I never played Sonic CD so I looked up a playthrough and found Clement. I enjoyed him and started going through his catalog until is 06 crossover with BSC.

When do character’s arcade modes take place? Curious when the anime should be watched

I knew the character interactions were already a highlight of Strive but I do want to see how all these stories end. Each of them are engaging. It really seems like Strive is an epilogue where every DLC character gets a wrap up. Makes me want to see them all. I suspect Bridget or El to be my main.

Just finished catching up on the story of Guilty Gear except Strive. I expected a lot of relationships to be similar to Blazblue but they really are their own flavor. Never expected “That Man” to go down that path or for Elphelt and Ramlethal to be such an emotional core.

Guilty Gear Strive 2.0 has reignited my interest back in that franchise but I’ve never touched a single game in the series. I was always more of a Blazblue guy. Is there a retrospective or story summary for the series that people generally recommend in the vein of Clement or Thorgi’s style?
