In two days I will be one year out from my bariatric surgery. Ive gone from 370 to 288 lbs. I went from a 4-5x to a m-2x. I have gone down almost 3 pant sizes. I feel better, eat better, take better care of myself. I would never change my choice. It hasnt been easy at all and i am proud of me.
