Family seeks answers, 2nd autopsy Nenko Gantchev had lived in Chicago for three decades, owned a trucking business and was seeking a green card after marrying an American citizen eight years ago, his family previously told the I-Team. The gun was removed by agents from his waistband - he was never pointing it at them. He was already disarmed when they fired "defensive shots," killing the man. They then fired several shots at his lifeless body.

Last time ICE murdered someone in the street (~2 weeks ago) they spent the rest of day trying to kidnap people in the rest of the city, & pepper sprayed/tear-gassed a highschool.
