Domestic water in England & Wales is going up £10 a month. Why did BBC Breakfast give a 10% figure for Scotland? Looks dramatic - the reality is the average monthly household public water fee in Scotland will rise by £3.68 a month.
Child poverty has fallen in Scotland - whilst rising sharply in the UK.
Absolute child poverty in Scotland fell from 23% to 17% - the lowest figure in 30 years.
