It should be, being in Hansard. The problem is, I can't remember what it is called, I don't know if I still have the print-out or scanned it in, and I can't even recall if it is a coherent document or a collation of individual entries. This is somewhat frustrating.
Usually becuase you start off with a nice long foredeck, putting the bridge far enough aft to reduce motions. Then a million and one design changes happen, you need to find room somewhere so the superstructure gets longer and the bow more congested :D
