I have a friend who is a full time carer for his wife. He has done his job from home for several years but they now want to move him to office work three hours away and call work from home an unreasonable adjustment. The system is so fucked.

Now to clarify, I’m bloody lucky I have a supportive network in place and I’ve been free to come out and start transitioning. I’ve also been supported for my Autism and the trauma/PTSD after having my son.

So for people who can’t be open and honest, how bloody unbearable must it be to see this.
