Use PhysicsServer2D. Create the Rigidbody2Ds with code, & not nodes.

Every time I tried to "freeze & move" Rigidbody2d through code, it never worked right. I don't think it was made for this purpose. But when you use PhysicsServer, you can move them wherever you want, no problem.

I started with this one from Godot docs - simple yet it shows you the elemental blocks of the engine
