All of the artists I have spoken to so far have said that he did not ask permission to use the art. Looks like he raided the tag. :( The art I saw from you is Dadframe Stalker with his baby bean and Tennocon fit. my answer: thank you so much for letting me know! i can confirm the creator of the video hasn't even bothered to reach out to me despite widely available options to do so :/ and his video reached 44K views without even crediting any of the artists by name within the description or the video itself what is worse than that, they used filters to alter the image to remove my watermark (shown on image below) which looking at the video i suspect they did so for everyone else they even painted white over the part of the image to remove where my logo was, you can see the odd cut-out of the hand i have submitted a copyright claim on the video and i urge other artists to do the same, as well as check their other shorts in which they have multiple other artworks used (mag, excal, protoframes in shorts, neci in full videos) it's not too complicated~ just click three dots, report, legal issue, copyright - this will open youtube claim form and guide you through the process do not do this unless you're an affected artist, the copyright won't hold unless you're the owner of one of the materials in the video!
