P&P has walks to town with window shopping, and references to purchases of hats and trim, but no scenes in stores. There's a reunion of characters in Persuasion because certain of them have come to Bath explicitly for shopping, but again, no store scenes.

I am fascinated with the women grouping up together at a singles event.
