that's the part I struggle with the most.. it's hypocritical of me when I'm the one isolating myself, but I get that feeling of "ah, no one's noticed/cared about my absence or felt like reaching out" and my brain goes "so should I inconvenience them when their life is fine with or without me?"

doesn't help that whenever I talk about it I feel like I'm just crying for attention or making people feel bad for Not interacting with me. sure it's from a mental health struggle but I feel like a child for it

logically I know it's not true. but one of my biggest struggles in my mind for my whole life has been feeling easily forgotten, and that feeds into my insecurity Really Badly. it feels awful, like there's an invisible wall between me and others, and I just don't know how to get past it..

I struggle to face and interact with a lot of the people I care about, out of a fear of disappointing them with how stagnant I am as a person. and if they don't reach out I convince myself it's because I'm a bother and meant little to nothing to them.
