I think a lot about Brennan LM gushing about how much players want their characters to have that arc while simultaneously wanting as players to take the straightest line.

In my group at least, it feels like I need to put them in a headlock to get through those key moments before the big payoff.

Going into such a game I caution my players to have backups knowing the inevitable. Plus the time cost to rebuild the tower and set it feels high enough that I don't think it impacts the weight of the tower
