Anywho, new #WNBA rankings just dropped!!

Any "extraordinarily brilliant person" would know his presidency is in free-fall after his disastrous decision to enter another endless war-of-choice in the Middle East & that on November 3rd accountability is coming for the most corrupt criminal Administration in U.S. History.
tick...tick...tick
I’m on the north side & just started reading your book. Please come back & visit Women & Children First Bookstore in Andersonville!
My favorite parts are the visual of the cops trying to stuff her into the squad car & her husband’s response about bail money 😂
THREAD. Tash is 34, her scoring has dropped in the last few years, and I doubt would sign for a vet min. She's far from the only vet who is unsigned, and it's more of a sign of the middle class in sports being squeezed.
Listen, if you are going to write elaborate wnba fan fiction about Sloot malevolently running the Sky and getting TSpoon fired and Chennedy waived BEFORE she joined the team, you have to post that shit on AO3 and AT LEAST make the story a little more gay.
I’m not Catholic. I’m not Christian at all. But the level of arrogance combined with disrespect to a religious leader revered by millions around the globe is beyond shocking.
Hey Hungary,
Congrats!
And here’s a heads up:
‘probably be a good idea NOT to put him back in office in four years.
According to Andrew Haubner (No Cap Space), the Dallas Wings have a better offer than the Atlanta Dream, but Angel and her team wanted to go to the Dream.
Jeff P actually did right by her on her way out.
Straight up, if you weren’t a Sky fan when we were in second to last place, don’t come hopping on the bandwagon when we are third from last place 😌 #WNBA
Institutional failure sent Angel Reese out of Chicago.
Sky owner Michael Alter must break the cycle — or sell the team.
Also I have a question regarding the pay raises because this article suggests Alter can’t afford to keep Angel. Doesn’t the salary cap money come from the WNBA?
Finally someone is pointing out what a crap deal this was. Did the Sky shop around and this is the best they could do?! She’s a big star with unending potential - it makes no sense!
Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky were a bad marriage from the start.
She wins by getting to the Dream. For the Sky, everything now hinges upon this week-long free agency period.

Well so much for building a better roster around Angel 😭
I have both shirts & I wear one or the other every time the Mercury comes to Chicago. My hopes that she’ll return are gone - even with the new training facility that was supposed to be finished for this season, the Reese trade is a huge sign the org is a mess.
Dear Chicago Sky Owners,
If you don't care about the fans, why should we care about your team?
With all the derision I can manage,

I think so - she has all the makings of a star player. I really enjoyed watching her play!
SNL UK is absolutely putting its American counterpart to shame dear lord
Trump is directly copying Orban's approach to mass media: autocrat-friendly oligarchs buy up all the corporate media outlets, then pummel the public with 24/7 propaganda while the government harasses and murders real independent journalism just out of frame
I disagree with a LOT on this list! Missing: Flirting with Disaster, The Big Lebowski, Best in Show, History of the World Part l, Moonstruck, Meet the Fockers . . . just a few off the top of my head. Oh, and Raw was Eddie Murphy’s least funny concert IMHO.
Well, supposedly The Bear is a comedy, so . . . 🤷♀️
" I thought I knew what it meant to love Chicago—to feel something settle inside of me when I saw her skyline from the expressway, or her lights from the window of an airplane, after crossing the cloud line. I thought I knew what it meant to love her brick and steel towers, her annoying street preachers, her chorus of accents and the poetry of her activists, the grit of her workers, awaiting buses and trains in icy air, her guerrilla gardens, bookshops, bucket boys, and crashing winter waves becoming shelves of ice—so many corners that feel like home, even though you’ll never live there. I know this place. I love this place, and I thought I knew how much, until you made me love it more." - Kelly Hayes
I poured everything I had into this one. "I see you gathering, hundreds at a time, to learn, to keep watch, and bare your teeth. I see you running toward danger, together, and loving each other more fiercely than you ever knew you could." organizingmythoughts.org/in-chicago-w...
This video from Portland is a metaphor for what is going on in America. ICE trying so hard to get Americans to cross a line and if they don't, dragging them across the line and violently attacking.
