Harm = something taken from you, leaving an inflicted wound. (ie. not being allowed to speak for yourself, having your autonomy taken away, perpetuation of systemic violence like ableism, racism, etc.)

Hurt = A negative emotion(s) that arises from a situation, conversation, etc.

there is a difference between feeling hurt and being harmed. Using these two terms interchangeably is genuinely a huge issue.
