Long shot but does anyone know where I can get this connector for a CPAP **in Paris**? Or even what to search for? The second picture is to show you where it fits on the mask. The connector is needed to connect the tube to the machine. This is the only thing I forgot and it’s very important

Yeah I’m not worried now. Glad we’re not having a huge storm today.
The only times recently I've been legit anxious about using bathrooms due to trans stuff was in Texas (Houston airport layover) and Wyoming (some cowboy bar). I'm a little nervous about going to TERF island, but no one challenges me here, so it'll probably be fine there too.
I don't ask anyone else to but I am definitely taking advantage of bathrooms before it has the chance of being inconvenient.
My anxiety is not being allowed on the plane (and missing it) so I have checked the location of my passport 100 times in the last 48 hours.
I had no idea she was like this because I rarely spend entire days with her, and she doesn't eat an abnormal amount at meals. I guess the trip is going to be mostly restaurants.
(she is not diabetic nor obese)
My mom is acting like we're going to the desert and need to hoard food
- "we'll eat at the airport if we get through security quick enough"
- we'll eat at the layover airport and buy snacks
- they'll feed us on the plane
- we can eat on arrival near the hotel
that's 4 meals + snacks in 14 hours!
I mean, it's good that Putin is last. That gives me more confidence in AI.
He mentioned in an interview a couple days ago that when they make drone deals with foreign countries, Ukrainians just show them videos of the drones killing russians and destroying their assets. No better sales pitch, really.
More LatAm outreach today: a video call with new president of Chile
They discussed:
- Attendance at the summit of International Coalition for the Return of Ukrainian Children in May
- Potential security agreements
- Cooperation in metallurgical, agricultural, and mineral exploration sectors

He’s had a long day already.
Ukraine is quickly amassing all kinds of leverage now that they are exporting drone tech and expertise.
what was the deleted post? some random dumbass?
I'm gonna be blunt with you, if you're 24, this is the *easiest* time in your life you will ever have to make friends, so you are right to keep putting yourself out there. Maybe you're annoying IRL, idk, but it's a numbers game, and grad school gives you a LOT more numbers than you will have later.
say cheese!
Chat GPT: Now I’m going to say it again: close the laptop before you start mapping Hungarian domestic politics too 😄
true. but it has my number
it is constantly telling me to get some sleep (it doesn't know what time it is)
Not the same thing, but I'm reminded of when Trump had Zelenskyy in the Oval Office (not that time, the other one) and he was amazed that Ukraine can't have legal elections during martial law. "Who ever heard of that? So if we're at war... " (paraphrased quote, but 100% what he expressed)
I think a little sycophancy is good. What would you try if you knew no one would ever call you stupid? Never told you were annoying for asking too many questions? Never told you that you were working too slowly or not trying hard enough (when you were)?
It is really confidence-building for me.
I used to check r/milwaukee regularly but there was way too much "we should summarily execute teenage car thieves," plus every LGBTQ related posts gets immediately downvoted
I don't check X anymore except to look up very specific things but I know I'm missing a lot by not being there. There are a fair amount of locals here but most of them are sports-oriented and not local-news oriented, so I have almost no idea what is going on. (I pay for @urbanmilwaukee.com though.)
yeah and the fires caused by falling debris. I can't stand the wildfire smoke that we get from Canada, so being in that is unthinkable
it's good for everyone that he had an extremely disciplined health routine before becoming president (he had a YouTube series about it). I don't know how you'd *start* forming good habits in a time like this. His wife's foundation is all about mental health, so I'm sure that helps.
yeah, I have bad news
He said he quit around 2016 or so at his daughter's urging and i haven't seen him with a cigarette after that. (This is 2012)
I got the check-in notice on my airline app! This is a thing that is really happening!
Zelenskyy and Olena at a movie premier around 2016 or so. She is wearing a leather biker jacket and a flowery skirt
Olena and some guy idk in 2012 at an awards show
she used to have something of an art girl aesthetic too
she has an architecture degree! like I said, smartypants. (but like him, she made her career in entertainment, only in the writing room)

I identify with her so much because she is a born introvert, she has visible social anxiety and stage fright, and yet she travels the world to advocate for Ukraine. She spoke to the US Congress before he did.

It's nice to see people who are very obviously in love after 20+ years of marriage.
Olena Zelenska in a black dress during a photoshoot, somewhere in the presidential office building. She is in a lobby that is piled with sandbags. Probably 2022.
Olena Zelenska on the cover of Vogue magazine, sitting on a stair in the same lobby with her hands folded on her lap.
I don't know how it is now, but I got banned a couple years ago for calling it out. Let's put it that way, they would never say the same things about the first lady, who is conventionally attractive (and whipsmart and independent and funny) because they'd know it's wrong.
@shivvy.bsky.social this is a very cute video I think you'd like
I think there are levels. There's a distinction between, say, a love interest in a film or a male model, and a guy going through a war. I'm not opposed to all comments on someone's appearance. But holy shit people get freaky, even when he's talking about the effects of the war. That's not cool.
