BLU Emblem in the wrong place, backpack canister is a solid blue color and is missing the paintover, the shirt pocket is also misaligned with the AO bake for some reason (and has been since release)
My biggest gripe with TF2's textures is how, instead of recoloring a layer like a normal person (from RED to BLU), Valve would completely remake/repaint the entire texture for no fucking reason.
They did this a lot with the player models, and it's caused a lot of inconsistencies

This is caused by the Alpha layer, Valve more-or-less just did -100 Saturation and Lightness in Photoshop.
I hope Valve doesn't do CS2-like Terminals for TF2. It'd suck to get something really good only to be forced to pay some bs price for it.
