A word of advice for all the transit advocates out there: our state elected officials are putting their careers on the line to save transit right now. It is critical to show unwavering support for these people.

@chicagotree.bsky.social I liked the the first corkscrew willow so much I planted these just 24 months ago. They are growing 5-6 feet per season. 1. Fast growing. 2. Flood preventing 3. Dappled Shade. 4. No leaf raking. 5. Free kindling 6. Beautiful in winter. 7. Early foliage.
