Yep! The important things get done. I’ve never (willingly) shit my pants or starved to death, so there is an element of self-preservation floating around in there somewhere. It’ll all work out.

Exactly! They happen eventually… usually when it’s an emergency and something undesirable will happen in the next 24 hours if the task is not completed, but still.

I don’t really actively think about things - I call it background processing. Weeks or months from now, I’ll randomly be like “oh yeah, I need to call the tree service to cut down that tree in the yard” which is a request my husband made two years ago. I cannot control when the thoughts return.

Hmmm that may be worth thinking about at some point in the near future. But not today, because I’m old and tired and unwilling to research something that will lead me down a manic rabbit hole this late at night.

I’m in remission. I’m down to… maybe 12-14? Some of them I will never let go of, like floofs.com - do not even want to think about what I paid for that one. But I’ve let go of a lot of pipe dreams the last few years.

I’m laughing with you, not at you (assuming you’re laughing, that is). I am great at coming up with ideas but only tangentially successful at carrying them out… I’ve always said I can make other people wealthy but never myself for some reason.

I agree. Threads was close but I just couldn’t make myself check it regularly. Probably because FB/IG were constantly like HEY LOOK WHAT YOU’RE MISSING and I don’t respond well to commands.

I’ve debated whether I belong on the list or not, but since I’m the only woman working in support for Gravity Forms (so far), I guess that counts.

That’s insanity! They have changed a LOT. All good here; I’m doing support for Gravity Forms and my husband is in nursing school of all things. My son is 26 now 😳😭
