Burnt Offerings 1976 co-written abd directed by Dan Curtis. That's a nice surprise. Bette Davis, Oliver Reed and Jaren Black.
I was in the mood for a ghost story and hopefully this fits the bill.
Bit gothic to I believe.

Wow. I have a copy of the original but will buy it just for that cover. It's also great with these kind of reprints that people's work just doesn't just vanish.
Sorry to hear hat Amanda. Just have to remember he had a safe loving life.
Mini series? TV show?

Bernie rightly sent off. However hearing #AlanShearer say its "the rules ". Funny in FA Cup final against Palace he didn't want the rules applied as didn't want Henderson sent off. Even said after was glad he wasn't.
The crap biased comms we have to put up with
I know your being genuine Sean. I watched all of Discovery and every season I thought it started off well before endless filler where they need to find someway to stop the end of the world before Micheal saved the day. The difference is I keep it to myself instead of moaning online.
I'm as liberal as they come and I thought it was abysmal in all honesty. They're neanderthals out there for sure but that doesn't hide the fact it was a poor show imo.
Oh yes
Congratulations Amanda.
Was is cornflakes or weetabix???
Two things strike me about ST these days. It has an ageing fanbase and this show isn't aimed at most of them (it's necessary but also true) and 2nd, nobody but ST fans even talk about ST anymore. As another poster says above, they're doesn't seem to be any marketing in the Uk at all.
Absolutely.
You say it a lot Sean. The hate ST gets from neanderthals is all the negative stuff you mention it seems. I am as liberal as they come and agree with you on almost everything you write but imo a lot of Trek since 2015 has been poor. Seems if you think that these days u get lumped in with the bigots
Have to say I was underwhelmed. I know you like to think everyone who isn't a fan of trek since 2015 is some knuckle dragger Sean but i thought it was more of the same generic sci fi. 5/10 I'll give it a chance to see if it improves. I feel like everything since Prodigy, LD ended has been poor tho
Don't go to Sleep and a decent blu of Crowhaven Farm. The 80s tv shows Werewolf, She Wolf of London, Monsters, Freddy's nightmares. Mini series like Hollywood Wives, Lace 1&2 North and South. Also pretty much all those tv movies you have been posting all year. Oh and Northstar with Greg Evigan.
Them bots rage about a lot of things. Sod em.
I saw this and immediately thought of you. Really excited for what could be coming. Want everything from Don't go to sleep to Hollywood Wives. I'll take anything tbh.
A Dr Who/Trek crossover is a terrible idea, terrible.
RIP Redfoot.
I remember thinking it was ok but tbh i can't remember too much besides the basics. Needs a rewatch.
Looking forward to reading them all.
Me too.

Such an underrated gem imo.
I have not seen it yet. Don't think it's been released in the UK yet. I have heard mixed things but some have said it's just a turn off your brain fun movie so I will give it a go.
Can't believe we finally got a novelisation to Witchboard. One of my favourite 80s horror movies. I love it so much I bought the hardcover and the mass market paperback. #Horror #novelisation #echoonpublications #Witchboard
