When he died I painted him and his favorite horse Neshira in a warm balmy place, referencing a tableau found in the game at a place called the Scratching Post.

It was known as a haven to fae that were on the brink of extinction, with the town’s Church harbouring an ancient manuscript; The Book of Caoin. It has held the town together in perpetual harmony, its powerful magic sheltering them from the world and preserving the area's expansive history within it. But now, the existence of the town has been made known to you. Shivering in the cold, damp forest, your eyes wander to observe what is visible of the medieval walls.. You hold onto a letter; an invitation to a glorious festival held every 7 years to appease a fomorian princess, hosted by the overseer of the town, Máire. The main event this time has been declared… A fighting tournament, calling for those seeking a solution to their problems to participate, with the grand prize awarded to whoever deems themselves worthy; to make use of the magical book to grant a single wish. Whether you signed up for this or not, you can't seem to leave. As you attempt to withdraw back through the trees, you come across the entrance again within minutes, even after walking in a straight line. The dullahan on guard outside can't help but watch your futile attempts at leaving — he’s witnessed this many times before. The warm light beyond the wall is inviting. Perhaps, you have no other choice but to venture inside and accept the terms bestowed upon you.
