With a 250 instead of 200 ms the experiment went to completion. Still curious that it used to work with 200 ms.

I also tested the 15N sofast-HMQC library pp sfhmqcf3gpph, with 128 increments, 125 ms D1, 71 ms AQ, and that completed normally. So only the 13C pp sf_mehmqcgpph seems to be affected

Pulse lengths (~8 us 1H 90°) and AQ (50 ms, with 720 points over 12 ppm) and 30 ms disk i/o delay are the same as always.

The experiment was already done with digital acquisition mode. Using baseopt also lead to an early abort + the IPSO error below that forced a restart.

For some more details:
- TS 3.8.0
- D1 of 200 ms, AQ 50 ms in the direct dimension
- indirect TD of 160, typically aborts after 50-70
- With a lower NS, e.g. 8 instead of 720, the experiment goes to completion
- A combination of low NS and shorter D1 (e.g. 8 scans with 100 ms) also errors out again

A question for fellow Topspin users: The pp sf_mehmqcgpph from the Bruker standard library has been working well for years, but recently I've been getting this error and the acquisition aborts after only a fraction of increments has been acquired. A console reboot didn't help - any ideas? #nmrchat

Perspective by Higman et al: deposition of data for titrations, relaxation rates, PREs, etc in a standardized way, e.g. the NEF format could help develop AI models to accurately predict the dynamic behaviour of a protein from the primary sequence alone. #NMRchat

The data browser used to be quite unreliable and slow for me in 4.x (at least on MacOS). TS 4.4.1 has significantly improved on that and now it works well again
