This happened to my neighborhood when I was living in eastern Oregon. It was so alarming that I got my kids out of the house and called emergency services in case there was a gas leak or something. A few of my neighbors did too. Turns out that it was something on a passing train that just stunk.

It would be one thing if we were talking about Neal Peart, but we're talking about Billy.
At around 22 or 23 seconds he does a snare hit on 4 and the upbeat along with a bell on the upbeat. He follows this with a little fill around the toms and then hits 4 and the upbeat again on the next measure. Hard to imagine that happening exactly the same way twice.
I'm not going to analyze the pitch, but Billy sure seems to be playing the exact same thing.

That's really cool. At least one venue I have gone to several times had an all section and another section for 21+, but the all ages went away after Covid. Presumably they are staying afloat by selling as much booze as possible.
