As expected the police have immediately closed ranks in defense of this heinous act and investigation into the incident by state authorities has already been quashed at the highest level, thereby removing any possibility of justice being served through the "correct channels." (3/5)

This was an act of willful and avoidable violence committed by an agent who was in no danger and absolutely does not constitute an act of self defense, as is being claimed by the government and those on the right. This is the 33rd death directly caused by ICE since the start of 2025. (2/5)
