🚩New paper: How does firm ownership influence agri-food sustainability? We use PRISMA to review the literature. Results: Ownership has a mixed impact across sustainability dimensions. Firm goals, governance, capital structure and strategy are key.

We find that personal norm, attitude, goal intention, behavioural intention, and implementation intention are positively associated with adopting climate mitigation measures. One next step could be to test the role of these factors in an intervention study.

From the variables in our theoretical framework (see below), negative emotion, personal norm, perceived goal feasibility, action planning, and coping planning vary significantly by stage.

Farmers' adoption behaviour is often studied based on static models. We wanted to do differently and used the stage model of behavioural change to study Dutch farmers' adoption of GHG mitigation measures.
