Finally finished my Art page.
If we do a Graphic Novel, would you be happy with this art style?
From Concept art to the final version.
My Buffy story sees Dawn about to have her first baby.
Worried about her unborn child, she asks Willow and Buffy to enter into her mind to discover who she really is and what truly lurks there.
This will be the first part of my own Buffy Season 8.
Very sick this week
So...Vitamin C became my best friend.
Oranges, oranges, oranges.
Finally on the mend.
Thank you Oranges. ๐๐

This game was absolutely mind blowing back in the day.
I bought a SNES just to play it.
'Arcade Perfect' 100% ๐
The Kingpin blows up his house, bankrupts him, gets him fired as a lawyer and puts him on the streets, penniless.
I urge you to check out this story.
It is one of the best things Marvel and Frank Miller ever did.
โ๏ธ From DD Born Again part #1
100% agree.
Richard Backman is Stephen King.
The biggest secret in literature for several years. Backman served several purposes to King:
It allowed him to publish early discarded work (Rage, The Long Walk) and also to breach his limiting 'One book per year' deal as Stephen King
7 books have been published.
Top 5 Stephen King Box office Movies

The Green Mile $286 Million
The Shining $145 Million

Children of the Corn
The Franchise.
Don't get me wrong, this is an excellent and chilling short story from King, but HOW has it evolved into 11 movies that appeared consistently from 1984-2020?
There's even a supplemental short film 'Disciples of the Crow' which appeared first in 1983.
12 movies.
Almost finished my sample artwork for our Graphic Novel.
I'll send it to you soon.
If you like it, we can start working on the first part.

Children of the Corn
Night shift
A short story that would spawn a staggering 11-movie franchise (the third featuring Buffy's Nick Brendon)
A couple get lost while travelling through Nebraska and discover a small town with a terrifying secret: A religious cult of murderous children.
Sorry, just to clarify.
Do you now have Buffy Season 1 on DVD? ๐
Notice how grainy Season's 1 and 2 are.
Especially Season 1.
I actually really like the way they look.
It's dark and gloomy and seems to fit these two seasons perfectly.
'Anne' in S3 is the first episode where it looks like a standard 'Hollywood' Tv series.
Got to be the main man from Pokemon. ๐
It's ยฃ70 for the box set
(They were ยฃ70 per season back in the day, so this is a remarkable price)
You get all the special features/commentaries/photo galleries/ original scripts/easter eggs included in the box set.
The original DVD'S โคต๏ธ were far more lavish though, as opposed to the repackage
Favourite Film of the year so far.
Perfect Days.
Have your soul cleansed.
By watching this movie. ๐
Well they explain that for a short time she was.
Sort of between the Movie and the first episode She was in a 'hospital' for a while because she was freaked out by the vampires.
It doesn't ring true to me.
Which Buffy show did you watch most recently?
The Dead Zone
Movie Rating 8
A faithful adaptation of the novel helped by perfect casting (particularly Walken as John Smith and Martin Sheen as Stillson) and once again it becomes clear that King's work does translate to the movie screen in the hands of the right director. Namely here Cronenberg.
...but because of the ending.
The ending was trying to be clever, but it just made no sense.
It ends with Buffy still in the asylum, implying the Buffyverse WAS all just a dream.
That was annoying. ๐
Nope.
It's just another 'altered world' event, and they're almost normal on Buffy.
We had 'the Wish' with the Master still around, then 'Superstar' with Jonathon as the world's most famous man.
Season 6 pissed me off with 'Normal again' (Buffy in the asylum) not because of the storyline...
Watch out for the hint that Dawn's on the way. ๐
I agree.
Especially the first part (the Yoko factor)
Angel pops up and saves the episode.
I actually think it may be Buffy's worst show ever.
Not truly bad. But Spike splitting them all up with 'gossip' just seems so cheap and obvious.
'Restless' makes up for it though.
That Episode is incredible.
Have you ever watched it?
I just watched the Buffy episode 'Restless'.
Just Brilliant.
the giles story is incredible.
The first Slayer cutting off his skull at the end gave me shivers.
You have to earn an episode like this.
This was made ESPECIALLY for the hard core fans.
Casual viewers must have been a bit puzzled by it.
Gotta be Faith.
She's superhuman.
Faith V Giant Dawn
That's more of a close call.
