OMFG I had to go and check that this ACTUALLY happened.
Since when does the BBC ever do chyrons with a political party's branding, rather than their own? Not to mention this is during a pre-election campaign purdah.

Key point is why the PM ignored advice that vettung needed to happen pre appointment. For that reason he has to go. However, the Media are habitually referring to 'Starmer'. It was 'Rishi Sunak' 'Boris' and 'Liz Truss'. Labour PMs have to be squeaky clean as its a hostile environent from the start
It absolutely should matter. The lobby would do well to remember that this isnt a soap opera. Its absolute basics. Vetting isnt trivial and many UK citizens have to go through it, for good reason. It isnt trivial.
My Linkedin feed is more and more opinion pieces, usually from free speech, minimalist types, as opposed to work. Something going on, i think.
Straight up milking the market

Trump, Putin, Farageโฆ your boy took a hell of a beating.
Congratulations to the people of Hungary for showing that populist extremists can be defeated โ even despite Donald Trumpโs best efforts.
George on screen for that brilliant trailer almost as much as on the episode itself. You dont leave your standout star as a bit part player.
JD Vance: "The bad news is that we have not reached an agreement. And I think that's bad news for Iran much more than it's bad news for the US. So, we go back to the US having not come to an agreement ... they have chosen not to accept our terms"
April/Easter is objectively the best time of year by a street. December/Christmas isnt even in the conversation. This is a hill I am prepared to die on.
Let's check this week's #SNLUK Fouracres-o-Meter.
Simple answer is to give Fouracres his own show. Head and shoulders above the rest of them. Huge drop off in quality tonight. Not sure there is enough recognition and love of the US show for the UK version to coast like this, just 4 eps in.
Where was Fouracres? #snluk
Catastrophically wrong and unforgivably dishonest about Brexit.
Catastrophically wrong and unforgivably sycophantic about Trump.
All the same dismal people. Doing such long-term harm.
Letโs never give them our time or our votes again.

Good news but isnt it about time stock markets, broadcasters and ordinary people started paying attention only to what the Orange buffoon does, rather than what he says? Peoples' lives being affected by speculating on his nonsense. Cost of Living..when/if to get a mortgage, retire etc. #ceasefire
Dear American citizens, whatever you wish more German citizens would have done in 1933, do that now.
"Matthew Goodwin has been paid a salary of up to โฌ10,000 a month [from Hungary's state-funded MCC], according to leaked documents obtained by Hungarian investigative journalists Direkt36 and reported by the Good Law Project"
That could all end if Orbรกn loses...

Welcome back. No idea how youve lasted so long on there. X, FB and TikTok are radicalising people. Shame #wwfc arent here yet
Just a deeply unpleasant man.
Modern game encapsulated. Pretty aesthetics. Bottom of 3rd tier capable technically, but no threat. Day for route one and dark arts, surely? #chelpvl
This week, Brexit finally killed our family business. We cleared out our warehouse, handed back the keys, paid the final bills and said goodbye to our last employee.
What was once a thriving firm died a slow, sad death, all thanks to Farage, Johnson and the gullible idiots they conned. 1/18
Ryan Bridge sounds surprisingly camp here which is very funny. Especially when he alleges a national emergency! Ashamed he speaks with a West Midlands accent.
I donโt underestimate the scale of the task ahead of us in forging a new relationship with the EU. Those who have shaped Brexit over the last decade will not see it remoulded without a fight. But it is a prize worth fighting for โ economically, culturally and diplomatically. Chris Ward MP, Parliamentary Secretary for the Cabinet Office.
It has been estimated that UK GDP per capita is 6โ8% lower than it would have been without Brexit, investment 12โ18% lower, employment 3โ4% lower, and productivity 3โ4% lower. Repairing our relationship with Europe would bring huge benefits to people and businesses across the country.
Interesting post. It only seems to be mens football that offers a reasonable choice of catering when a venue isnt hisring its biggest events. Edgbaston on a normal county game is abject vs test matches. Level 7 of football (tier 3 non league) seems better food offer than cricket or womens football.
