Ironically, as someone who has written a game about a dad clawing his son back from death (not through violence but through egocentric needs and displays of dominance), that's a great point.
I'm guessing an additional factor still is that men make up a bigger percentage of sales for these types of games? Though from what I've seen over the past decade, that has been shifting more and more towards parity
In a little while, yes. After these final three chapters I'll take some time first to go through the whole thing and clean up/tighten and what not, first

Haha, I have to read the article still, but I bet it boils down to the revolutionary concept of "Dont be a dick"(tm) which I love 😁
It is *fascinating* to me how quickly some people have gone completely from “we all must work in the office! human collaboration is vital and only happens in person!” to “I can replace all these pesky people with chatbots!” Definitely some commentary there about our society and who gets to choose.
This gives more creedence to this theory that Facebook in its inception was actually a CIA thing

Growing up learning "treat others how you want to be treated" and honestly just never thinking that someone's differences made them 'lesser' or 'different from "us"'.
It just never was an issue growing up with that mindset
