sorry for posting about this, i know animal death can be triggering for some. i just dont know how else to, like, close out this chapter of my life now that he's gone. and talking about it at least helps give me closure a little bit.

he was in so much pain due to his sickness for the last day or so that he was just sleeping constantly. but he never stopped purring. he was always purring, no matter what. its just so crazy to realize that he stopped purring yesterday

i straight up do not have the words for how confusing the last 24 hours have been. last week my cat was completely fine and then bam. yesterday im suddenly holding and petting him as he's being euthanized. it's such whiplash.

thank you <333 we just buried him, im definitely still sad but doing better than i was earlier today 🙂‍↕️

vet update: they said the best option to move forward would be to put him down. hes just too sick. thank you to everyone who shared this ❤️ i really do appreciate it
