On the one hand I’m packing for a two week trip while also moving out of my house for a renovation that starts the same day we leave, and on the other hand I’m not sure if the world will erupt into war while I’m gone, eliminating any good vibes I have about any of it.

I am going through a similar thing and despite knowing I’ve set boundaries and really only adjusted my energy output and nothing else, I have a lot of guilt around it and feel bad not just being the bigger person. But i am leaving that bigger person as a personality sucks.

It can be hard. It can be hard to accept that you had a different experience in the relationship. So this is one of those painful lessons you sort of have to choose to learn, even if they don’t.
