like it was pointed out that he was a bit volo-coded, so i wanted to lean into it a little. but then i kinda realized, togepi feels a little chaotic, just like him, and then there's the parallels between his unnatural luck and serene grace, and the possibility for horrific evil flinch strats...

oh this is really unrelated but i realized while posting about basil being Like That that you might like his bat connection, which was made a lot more obvious in his first name (verde flittermouse)

his main pokemon are crobat, noivern, and aerodactyl

i don't know if i've mentioned it before but basil's probably the best at posting out of all my ocs (this was true from the start, even back when he was named verde flittermouse)

i think you could kinda cheat in an image editor like gimp by putting that color somewhere off to the side, then using the select by color with the tolerance set to 0 to only select pixels that match it exactly

(also, if you're into mega man, are you into gunvolt too? recently played the first two)

This fight was a lot of fun, which I was very happy about as a huge Izanami fan.

Izanami, a character from the BlazBlue series. She wears a stylized Shrine Maiden uniform, backless and sleeveless with a short skirt. Her expression is stern, her long violent hair flowing out around her. She's surrounded by the ghostly image of a giant ribcage, summoned to protect her as in her "623B" move in the fighting game Central Fiction.

Izanami, now dressed in her formal attire, a much more covering version of a stylized shrine maiden uniform. The edges of the piece are decorated with dark skies, chains, blood, skulls, and her worshipers. Izanami commands attention at the center of the image, hallowed by a divine light and her Exodus Arc ornament/weapon from the games.

This piece depicts Izanami as she appeared in her Chronophantasma boss fight, dressed in her conservative formal robes. She seems to float in the air, arm outstretched to command the massive Takemikazuchi behind her. Takemikazuchi is a black and red titan, taking up most of the piece and dwarfing Izanami.
