Basically a prewar dude, that slowly turned ghoul over time and exist around the time of New Vegas

Today we got Rhett! He is based on my gta online character and kinda on me.

Something is coming out soon, there will be some changes but otherwise it won't change to much.

So i may of lied, in a good way though. That project i have been working on? I did it during the week and i think its almost ready, i assume tomorrow or sunday i will have it ready.
