Racism certainly exists within communities of color. There's levels to your blackness and ancestry. It's true though that black Americans can't subject whites to systemic racism, but that doesn't mean a black individual can't behave racist towards a white individual.

People care so much about the endless conflicts in the small middle east, conflicts where everybody is equally guilty and innocent. But pay zero interest and attention to the much worse and much more deadly conflicts in Africa. One involves Jews, the other involves black people. Says a lot.
