Had this earlier in the year, I’d over tightened one side (used an impact).. doing them equally(ish) to tension by hand fixed the seal and stopped the leak

Microsoft Recall screenshots credit cards and Social Security numbers, even with the "sensitive information" filter enabled Despite promising to filter personal data out, Recall still captures it.

First mangos of the season! We’ve 37 fruiting trees, so going to be learning a lot this year..

Successfully rejuvenated 37 mango trees that hadn't borne fruit for the past ~two years. Working with an arborist, we drastically pruned them from 20m to 10m per tree. Thrilled to see that they're now bearing fruit! 🌳🥭

A year to the day I burnt out worse than I ever have, leading to my wife and I selling our house, and buying an overrun farm to restore to prior glory.

... Best decision we ever made. Happier than ever, huge health improvements mentally, and physically. Strongly recommended.

Noted, though I’ve already made the mistake of tequila at defcon before my flight home, may consider that part optional

Interesting… I’m mostly following the lead of a lawyer friend. If I wanted to learn more about that, with much less experience in this than you have, where would you begin?

Ahhhhhh… sorry, bias. I did the land thing last year / been building out.

Depends on what kind of a master agreement you have with them… most are very explicit on data ownership, which makes this a non issue. Matters for individual <-> individual but not for businesses as press is making out

Thinking this through more too - fencing is about 50k if 10-20 acres (self building), another 10k or so for materials if you build your own barns.. all very, very expensive if you want to build something multi generational with minimal upkeep

Missed opportunity for a subtle “oh hay there” when you walked in.. imagine your reaction later on if they did

Not sure I’d agree if you’re doing food also. The labour cost is high, even if you’re just farming to supplement. Much higher time inputs if you don’t own tractor, excavator, etc also. At least 150k need there

I’ve managed water, and septic.. off grid power, fully off grid starts at min 50k where I live though. Battery technology still isn’t quite there yet

I’ve tried a few times to get going here, but it does feel dead to me each time. Genuine question - what should I do differently? I’d like to post more, but don’t want to spam, and get no interest when I do post

Oof. Feel for the chicken that laid this! Regular eggs for comparison. I’ve no turkeys or ducks in this run..
