the manga is great and totally worth reading but it does have a lot of extra stuff, so i like how the anime truncates the story and speeds things along. weirdly kinda fits the whole chaotic vibe the story has anyways hehe

its fun! pretty much more of the same (in a good way) with some of my favorite characters finally being introduced. feels like that 6 year gap never happened lol. i'm curious if they plan to adapt the entire story tho...and how long itll take 🤔

i feel very similarly about the first beastars opening, which in my evil opinion is one of the best anime ops of the 2020s simply by virtue of being stop motion (tho ofc the direction and music are wonderful). i like when anime furries are fuzzy and made of something. that is my thesis statement
