Delegating my scrolling to my phone feels like a good solution. The phone is the Scrolling Device, and its a lot easier to move my phone aside when I need to focus on doing something on the computer (which is a lot of the time I'm using it). But wow, its been scary sobering only 1.5 days in.

Making an effort to use social media less, I blocked all of the sites I typically use on my laptop only (the laptop is a working device to me, not a scrolling device) and it's scaring me how much I unconsciously switch over to a site via typing out its full or shortened URL. Its messed up
