This was my job for a bit so maybe I can help diagnose. Did you already try memtest86 and crystaldiskinfo to see if it's your ram/disks?
"Hypervisor Error" is pretty specific to running VMs, so if you're not using those you can try disabling it (if you haven't).
Maybe we can continue over dms?

From what I've seen in those commits, one was troubleshooting a github workflow regarding mdbook versions, and the other was a function to automatically delete tickets without owners in their support service.
The mdbook changes were already overwritten and the function was in-fact rolled back.
