Good morning spooky cuties in my phone and happy Sunday. It's morning, my migraine is almost gone, and I get to paint my nails today. Off on kinda the right foot. Oh, and I have some DVDs to rewatch assuming my migraine behaves 🤩💚

I feel this as a chronic overeater. And hearing "weight is lost in the kitchen" stings worse when spending a chunk of the week working out and not seeing changes or gaining because of muscle mass while still eating haha.
