I need to adopt this. I do have dedicated times of day where I read and don’t get on my phone but I use YouTube to sleep. Definitely would rather be looking at my ereader screen or a paper book instead!

Instead of doomscrolling, you 🫵🏾 can be reading! Ereaders, paper copies, or audiobooks. If you don’t have access to any of the above, you can visit a public library because they have em 🙂‍↕️ if you don’t have an ereader, you can read on your phone (in moderation).
