Rossendale Borough Council Hareholme and Waterfoot Ward By-Election result for Thursday, second April, twenty twenty-six. The Green Party has gained the seat from the Labour Party. The Green Party received thirty-eight percent of the vote, representing an increase of nine. Reform United Kingdom received thirty-five percent. The Labour Party received nineteen percent, representing a decrease of twenty-eight. The Conservative Party received seven percent, representing a decrease of eighteen. The Liberal Democrats received two percent. All percentage changes are compared to the May twenty twenty-four local elections.
