Man, this game is fun! Can’t wait to unlock the next Bananza. I wonder what it wi—
WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT?!?!

The world gives people enough reasons to feel small.
I’d rather give them one more reason to stay.
So please hear this:
You matter.
Your heart matters.
Your presence matters.
The world is better with you in it 💙
I don't think there is a human alive on the planet who isn't a hypocrite in some way.
That's why standing on soapboxes and scolding others to do better doesn't work.
When everyone is living in a glass house, it's unwise to throw stones.
Reached max friendship level with everyone in the group and honestly, that's the main thing I wanted to achieve in this game. Bloody love this lot #ClairObscurExpedition33
The uplifting content you and others around here make is such a boon. It’s a fantastic reminder to adjust my outlook, something to shoot for, something to believe I can one day reach again if I can just pull myself out of the muck.
In conclusion…
Fuck them. Keep shining, Mog.
I just don’t understand this.
As you said, just move along if you don’t like it. Not sure why that’s so hard for people.
But also, why not try to see other people’s raw unfiltered joy as aspirational? I say that as a bit of a negative sulker myself, especially the last few years.
That lowkey makes me more interested!
I was already eyeing it, but I’m not usually much for heavy action sidescrollers (particularly super challenging ones). But this makes me feel like it’s Lacuna with some
action setpieces. And that I can get behind!
You really were cooking.
I continue to be convinced that this galaxy brain take is correct.
Gamers finally get a win!
When the ‘like’ notification brings your attention to a typo in a recent post…
Why do I feel like that second point is going to get Kingdom Hearts whomped again? 😫
Picked up a couple of games for this week
Criticizing MOUSE PI for not having actual detective elements is crazy because, as much as I wish this wasn't the case, most detective type games don't actually ask you to figure stuff out. Alan Wake's case board element was almost completely on the rails for example.
This cartoon mouse shooter is ok, I guess.
But there’s a lot of shooting… 🫤
And it’s kinda cartoony… 😬
The IGN review for MOUSE: PI is 11 paragraphs excluding the conclusion paragraph.
4 of those paragraphs are devoted to anything related to gameplay.
For a boomer shooter.
Absolute insanity.
Also, the intro essentially rejects the entire premise of the game, which makes it a pointless review
Look, I know MOUSE PI For Hire is noir. But like, its a game with a bunch of fucking mice running around with guns. I didn't expect this to actually get kinda dark 😭
1000%
Dude. I need to get into a mech anime. I’ve always liked the idea but I can never pick one to dip a toe in the water.
HAHAHA guy was a chump trainer.
But he had THE HEART!
Funny, I’m almost the opposite. Something in my brain is always like “you can’t use the stuff the main characters in the canon content use” in like any game or world.
Thank you, sir!
I guess you could say I was going… bananas… in photo mode. 👀
They’re an unsavory bunch, you ask me. A cartoon about their exploits may be banned in these 50 states.
But what happens when you give a mouse an M1911?
I hadn’t considered that.
I must ponder. 🤔🤣
I’m fond-ue it. 👀
Not a bad move.
And agreed. Definitely not deep enough for that, and that was one of my first thoughts when I saw how many cards you could buy or collect is… “Can I take some of these out?”
But yeah, it’s a nice touch for sure.
Also there’s a fun little minigame with the baseball cards collectibles.
Nothing life-changing but pretty damn fun.
I really like it!
Felt a little floaty at first and it took me a level or two to dial in sensitivity and get used to a couple control choices.
But it’s really solid! Gunplay and exploration are fun. Looks unreal. And if you like old noir films and cartoons, the style and vibe are chef’s kiss!
