I’m so glad the Cardinals have 3 because idk what they do. Do you take a safety at 3?? A traits-pilled LB who kinda stinks at the position? A sawed-off pass rusher? A guard? An RB who isn’t even better than Omarion Hampton as a prospect? A day 2 speed rusher? Hell scenario.

I think it should be Reese at 2. The lower body stiffness he flashed as a rusher is less important to me knowing he wasn’t working with their DL coach. Some worries about frame as an EDGE (why I have him graded as a hybrid, where he may be in Y1) but golly the power the dude has is incredible.

this is a big reason I’d put WAJr in my top-3 and Travon Walker pretty close to my top-10. Maybe I do an EDGE introspective after my OT one 🤔 will essentially be watching the edges anyways.

people don’t seem to want to pay attention that a strong-DT room is more positively correlated with wins then a strong-edge room. Most important non-QB position arguably.

comes down to willingness to be a role player mixed with high level traits n pass rush and Dex fills all those boxes whilst Crosby is another guy who is just mostly set up to win but not anywhere near the same level of greed as Hendrickson.

He is, one of the only players you can build a pass rush and DL fully around. Like they built their pass rush around Trey and their line became more one dimensional because all they asked Trey to do was win 1-on-1 because he doesn’t want to/not good at containing, slanting, stunting etc,

Kadyn Proctor is not Evan Neal.

Even at a healthy playing weight, Neal’s feet are slow & uncoordinated. He lacks the recovery ability and range to play tackle at all.

Proctor is not like that when he’s playing at a good managed weight. It’s just so damn worrying he’s had problems 3 years in a row.
