This is an entry level wage at best, and you want someone with connections & experience & availability & fairly senior things. How is this justified in the award?

It’s not my kind of role but due to ILC funding at the NFP I work for I’m broadly paying attention to the job market for relevant jobs.

Especially given the recent admittance in the media regarding employment discrimination for people with a disability, the legal industry needs to be all over this shit.
